Melbourne Metropolitan Stage 4 Restrictions
In line with the announced Stage 4 restrictions, all Snooze stores located in Metropolitan Melbourne are currently closed. Our stores located outside of the restricted zone, continue to operate as per their normal operating hours, providing our regular services to customers.
During this time, our stores remain available to assist new and existing customers with any enquiries by phone, email and via our online enquiries form. Please do note that there may be variations to our store’s availability by phone during this period as they may not be operating their usual trading hours. If your call is unanswered, please leave a phone message or contact us via email, and we will respond at the next available opportunity.
Our Online Shop is Open!
We will continue to operate our online store for all customers. Our online Next Day delivery option on selected products is still available to customers as a contactless delivery.
Deliveries & Collection During Stage 4 Restrictions
All Snooze stores in the restricted areas are permitted to provide a contactless delivery and pre-arranged collection service for new and existing orders.
Our teams are working hard to understand the current impacts for existing customers and will likely be in contact with you shortly with an update regarding your order.
For click and collect online purchases, your local store will contact you to make those arrangements. Please note that the collection location of your goods may not be the store location during this time, but your local stores warehouse.
Our contactless collection is available to customers who live within a 5km radius of your local store or the warehouse pickup location. Please contact your local store for more details.
Please note that due to the current national restrictions, there may be some delays to the estimated delivery timeframes originally provided to you by your store. If your order is impacted, rest assured that one of our helpful team members from your local store will be in contact with you to keep you updated.
