Can I place an order over the phone?

We would be happy to accept your order over the phone. Please use the phone number for your nearest store, which you can find here, or contact customer service on 1800 940 780 between the hours of 10am & 10pm (AEST).

Can I test or view products in store?

You can find your nearest store here.  Please note that many Snooze Beds and Bedroom furniture products are made-to-order and some variations may not be available for viewing in store.  We recommend contacting your nearest Snooze store to confirm product availability.  If you are interested in the stain or colour of a product you can see colour swatches or material samples in store.  In most cases the mattresses displayed on site will be available to view and try in-store.

Does Snooze offer interest free terms?

Snooze offers interest free terms on purchases. To learn more about our latest interest free offers and our interest free partners please visit www.snooze.com.au/Store-Finder. You may apply for interest free in store (find a Snooze Store) or through one of our interest free partners online, you can then use the credit card issued by one of these providers to make purchases online or in store.

Who can help me with a particular product query?

For any information you can’t find on the website please either email [email protected]contact your nearest store or contact Snooze Customer Service on 1800 940 780 during the hours of 10am & 10pm (AEST).

Can I purchase all the products on this website?

All listed products displayed online are available for purchase.  The linen, cushions and sheets used to dress beds in images may not be available for purchase online.  There are some product ranges such as certain products within the Customise Me zone that are only available for purchase in-store.

Can I change or cancel my order after I have placed it online?

You can change or cancel your online order within 24 hours of placing it by either emailing or calling the store allocated to you during the checkout process. For more information on our returns and exchanges policy for online orders please see our terms and conditions here.

How do I obtain my order information if I have misplaced the email I received at the time of purchase?

Please contact the store you were allocated during checkout and they will arrange an additional copy of your order information (Find a Snooze Store).  If you are unsure which store you have been allocated please contact Snooze Customer Service on 1800 940 780.

Can I make an online purchase and request that my purchase be delivered to an address other than my own?

You can have your order delivered to almost any location in Australia with a few exceptions, such as PO boxes.  You will be asked to select your delivery address during the checkout process.  If you need to change the delivery location of an order you have already placed please contact your allocated store as soon as possible.  In some cases changing the delivery address of an order that has already been placed may incur additional delivery costs.  Another option you may wish to consider is the pickup option, which will allow you to pick up products directly from store, free of charge.
