Snooze is demonstrating its commitment to children’s health via a community partnership with the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute (MCRI), aiming to raise more than $450,000 for the Institute during the next three years. A recent MCRI study found that adequate sleep is extremely important in the development of children as their brain and bodies are still growing. Sleep also helps children to concentrate in class and remember information in the crucial early years of their education.
The study confirmed that disturbed sleep has a drastic effect on children’s health, behaviour and ability to learn and interact at school.
