The top franchise survey, conducted by independent consumer franchise service topfranchise.com.au, covers franchisees' satisfaction in their current franchise business and focuses on franchise renewal, recommendation, lifestyle and business support.
The only business in its industry to make the top 10 in the survey, Snooze's result was testament to the business' implementation of a strong mentoring and franchise support system over the past 12 months, a statement released by the company said.
Snooze had also seen a marked increase of multi-site franchise ownership; over the past 12 months, the company had opened five new sites, franchised seven of its company-owned stores and re-sold five existing franchise stores, to meet the demand for new franchises.
Managing director Simon Beaty said the Snooze brand's continued success and proven internal strength stemmed from its focus on the success of its franchise partners.
"It is an exciting time in the long franchise journey of Snooze. We have a fantastic combination of experienced long standing franchise partners and new blood joining us. It's a glowing endorsement that we have the franchise model right when our national operations manager so believes in the fantastic Snooze potential and decides to buy his own franchise!"
Following this move, the company had seen some internal changes to its team; Garry Webb filled the role of national operations manager after his predecessor moved on to purchase his own franchise store. Meanwhile Snooze had also welcomed new product manager Troy Grzeschka.
With stores now totalling 73, the Snooze network spans New South Wales, Victoria, Australian Capital Territory, South Australia and Western Australia.
